You need a Licensed General Contractor You need a proposal based on your plans Charge: For a detailed bid on all aspects of your plans the charge to inspect the property, review the plans in detail, obtain the needed quotes from outside trades, and administrative arrangement of proposal range from $1500 to $2500 depending on the complexity of the plans. Payable 1/2 down upon invoice and the balance upon presentation of proposal. Such Fees shall be credited to overall cost of the proposal if accepted. This plan is for a starter type custom home build. The total fee is due when the appointment is made for the site inspection. Fees will also include any credit card fee charges (3%) and GE Tax 4.712%. |

You need assistance in the design You have no plans or specs You need a Licensed General Contractor You need architectural plans stamped by a certified Hawaii architect to submit for approval with the County and/or Home Owners Association. You need a proposal based on your plans for your Lender You need a bond for your Lender, payable by Client if applicable. Charge: There is a non-refundable charge range of $2,500.00 to help with the design, plans, and specifications of your project. This will require making arrangements with you to get an idea of what you want for your home, then several meetings with the required architect, civil engineer, and bonding agent, to draw up plans and specifications for your approval. Payment for these services shall be paid directly to the service providers from Client. Fees will also include any credit card fee charges (3%) and GE Tax 4.712% |
