Bronze Package - This package offers a site inspection, on the spot assessment of what needs to be done, and a verbal estimate of the project. Time frame: approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour Cost: $150.00 payable via online payment invoice when the appointment is made with our office. One of our team members or the general contractor will visit your project and provide the above services. Estimates done on the spot are not guaranteed and may change when a fully executed contract is obtained. The fee of $150 will be a credit towards the total cost of the remodel project that does not require a permit. Payment must be made when the appointment is made for the site inspection via credit card charge. A service fee of 3% is applicable for credit card charge and 4.712% GE tax. Total with all charges are $161.78 of which $150.00 shall be credited towards the cost of the remodel project that does not require a permit.
Stainless Package - This package offers everything of the Bronze package plus coordination and referrals to draftsman, architects, professional engineers, to have plans drawn for permits that may be needed for your project. Fees for these professionals must be paid direct by client to service provider. In addition, this plan offers referrals to all outsourcing such as cabinets, countertops, tile, flooring, lighting, custom glass shower doors, and other finishes needed to complete the project which the client is responsible to pay for these materials. The fee to produce a complete contract which includes any drawn plans, complete site inspection to determine the entire scope of work is $1500.00 plus a 3% credit card charge and 4.712% GE tax. Total with all charges are $1,617.80. The fee is payable when we make our site inspection, and will be a credit towards the total cost of the remodel that requires a permit if client chooses to move forward with the presented contract in the amount of $1500.00 credit. This fee is non-refundable if client decides not to move forward with the project.
